Chantell Diederiks
Managing Director
Our Managing Director is Chantell Diederiks. She has more than 14 years of experience in Civil Litigation, Insolvencies, Corporate Law, Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Correspondent Work. She enjoys litigation and planning a successful strategy to ensure the best results for her clients. She is a qualified Mediator and has the Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa and regularly finalizes her own cases. She has an excellent working relationship with various Advocates when the case calls for specialized knowledge and expertise. She is also a part of the Gauteng Family Law Forum. She serves on the Committee of this forum to assist and promote the effective resolution of family law disputes in our Courts!
Willem Oudegeest
Financial Director
Our Financial Director is Willem Oudegeest. He has more than 6 years of experience in Labour and Criminal Law. He enjoys the pace and work related to labour and criminal matters and works hard to ensure the best results for his clients. He is a qualified Business Rescue Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and business world which places him in a unique position to advise his clients on turnaround strategies. He is also well versed in Tax Law which makes him the complete package! He is a qualified Mediator and has the Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa and regularly finalizes his own cases.
Juané Wiid

Junior Associate:
Juané Wiid, completed her LLB in 2022 at the University of Pretoria and was recently admitted as a practising attorney. Juané completed her articles with our firm and has been in our employ since 2 September 2019 grafting her skills to become an excellent young attorney. She is willing and able to assist our clients with any questions or concerns that they may have!
